Agricultural commodities remain Starcom Resources Pte Ltd’s core business - operating from the country of origin and selling direct to end users in their designated destinations. Starcom Resources manages break bulk players, charters vessels and engages container services to deliver directly to the client.
- Feed meals and extractions - Starcom Resources is among the top 3 shippers of meals and extractions out of the Indian Subcontinent. High volume of trade presently encompasses commodities such as soybean meal, rapeseed meal, canola meal, sunflower seed meal, groundnut and castor meals from the Indian subcontinent into Southeast and Far East Asia. Other sources involving commodity trade include the USA and Argentina.
- Oil Seeds - Soybean and Rapeseed (Canola), of origin Australia, South America, Europe, Canada and the Black Sea area. Destinations for these commodities spread from Southeast and Far East Asia, across the Indian subcontinent and the Middle East.
- Grains - Wheat / Corn / Barley / Rice , of origins Australia, Black sea region, USA,the Indian subcontinent and Indochina. Destination markets include Southeast and North Asia, the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent, East and South Africa. Through our partnership with Lempriere, we are able to source directly from the farmers in Australia and leverage on our established domestic buying network and storage facilities in Australia.
- Pulses and Beans - Mainly from Australia and Southeast Asia into the Indian subcontinent.
